Senior Financial Analyst

Robert Half is working with a northern Iowa manufacturer in their desire to hire a Senior Financial Analyst who is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and strategic value of financial data across the organization. This role supports both operational and strategic decision-making by delivering insightful analysis, reporting, forecasting, and collaborating with internal teams. This can be a remote role if you live within driving distance of the company to support occasional onsite requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform comprehensive reviews of trial balances and financial statements to ensure proper classification, completeness, and integrity of data.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver detailed financial reports, summaries, and dashboards to support internal and executive-level decision-making.
• Lead the development and evaluation of annual operating plans and long-term financial forecasts aligned to organizational growth and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, verify, and report financial data.
• Provide training and guidance to business units on interpreting financial data, fostering transparency and consistency.
• Prepare and post journal entries accurately and on schedule, maintaining documentation required for audit readiness and compliance.
• Contribute to special projects aimed at enhancing financial reporting and data analysis.
