Job Summary
This role is responsible for performing general accounting, financial reporting, and month-end closing processes for Harley-Davidson Financial Services (HDFS). This position will also participate in functional and company-wide projects, systems maintenance, training, and testing.

Bachelor's Degree with concentration in Accounting
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of public accounting experience or 4 years of relevant experience.
High level of professionalism
Demonstrated ability to perform duties with a strong attention to detail and limited supervision
Strong analytical skills
Proven ability to take the initiative, multi-task, and achieve results
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills. Ability to leverage an understanding of business and system processes to develop accurate financial information and solutions
