Matanzas Dental Group, a well-respected, fee-for-service practice in beautiful St. Augustine, FL, is seeking a seasoned Dental Assistant to join our incredible team. You'll be supporting two amazing general cosmetic dentists and a highly respected periodontist in a busy, modern environment where teamwork and positivity and quality of care matter.
Full Time Dental Assistant Schedule :
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 7 : 20am - 3 : 30pm with possibility to add an additional day in the future.
What You'll Do :
- Assist chairside with confidence and efficiency in general dentistry procedures
- Keep the day flowing think air traffic controller meets patient care expert
- Make patients feel seen, heard, and supported from start to finish
- Help manage the schedule and treatment flow with intention and flexibility
- Work collaboratively with doctors and the team in a fully digital workflow
Who You Are :
An experienced Expanded Functions Dental Assistant with at least 3 years of clinical experienceOrganized, dependable, and detail-obsessed (in the best way)A team player who brings good energy and adapts easily to changePassionate about great dentistry and even better patient careFamiliar with digital charting (Dentrix or Denticon experience is a plus)This is primarily a general assisting role, but surgical experience is a bonus!Why Join Us?
