Job descriptionAdvance the program to the next level by constructing and implementing strategies for programmatic growth across clinical, educational, and research programs Continue building upon a dynamic team of over 40 cardiology providers, providing mentorship to junior faculty members, and growing the team to meet clinical access needs As Co-Director of Norton Children's Heart Institute, build and maintain strong collaborative and collegial relationships with Cardiac Surgery, Cardiac ICU, and Cardiac Anesthesiology divisions Leverage a national / international reputation to advance the profile of the Heart Institute and achieve recognition as one of the premiere institutes both regionally and nationally
Norton Children's Medical Group and The University of Louisville School of Medicine are seeking a strategic leader to serve as Division Chief of Pediatric Cardiology for the University of Louisville School of Medicine and Co-Director of the Norton Children's Heart Institute.

- 300-bed Level I Pediatric Trauma Center on the same block as state-of-the-art multidisciplinary outpatient office building.

- 20+ multidisciplinary clinics
- Research opportunities with resources available through Norton Children's Research Institute, affiliated with the UofL School of Medicine
