A company is looking for a Bilingual Payment Solutions Growth Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify, qualify, and sign prospective partners to the Payments Platform, providing training and ongoing support

Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify suitable contractors for the Payments Platform and ensure their success

Innovate sales processes and provide feedback to enhance the initiative within the company

Required Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish required

4 years of experience in home improvement

Able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Customer-focused with the ability to work with minimal supervision
