We are seeking a Threat Prevention Architect to join our team. This role will involve leading global initiatives to design, implement, and optimize infrastructure solutions that enhance enterprise-level threat prevention capabilities. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in threat prevention architecture, cybersecurity, and infrastructure strategy, with a passion for safeguarding global IT environments.

Job Description :

As a Threat Prevention Architect , you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions to strengthen enterprise security frameworks. The Threat Prevention Architect will provide strategic and technical leadership, drive future-state architecture, and guide the evolution of the organization s threat prevention strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead global initiatives to create and transform infrastructure solutions across the threat prevention domain.

Serve as a Threat Prevention Architect and key decision-maker to define and evolve the organization s security strategy.

Provide expert-level technical oversight in identifying, evaluating, and developing scalable infrastructure and security solutions.

Collaborate with internal business units, senior management, and external vendors to shape and drive the cybersecurity roadmap.

Design and deploy advanced solutions for malware prevention, data loss prevention, and forensic analysis using secure network connectivity and content inspection systems.

Interface with business representatives and information security teams to align technical designs with enterprise needs.

Utilize technologies such as Proxy (Skyhigh / McAfee), Malware protection (Trellix / FireEye), and SASE (Netskope preferred).

Develop automation routines leveraging APIs and scripting languages such as Python.

Work with cloud encryption gateways (Salesforce and ServiceNow), and integrate with SIEM platforms like Arcsight and Splunk.

Demonstrate proficiency in Linux, Apache, HTML, Bootstrap, and SQL for infrastructure and threat analysis solutions.

Partner with key vendors to understand emerging technologies and influence future product roadmaps.

Maintain secure, scalable architectures balancing business performance, cost, and user experience.

Required Skills and Experience :

10+ years of overall IT experience, including 3 5 years in threat prevention architecture.

Deep expertise in at least one of the following : Proxy, Malware Prevention, or SASE.

Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with executives and technical teams.

Hands-on experience with platforms such as CipherCloud, Zscaler, Radware, FireEye, Websense, and Skyhigh.

Familiarity with Cloudera, Palantir, and other data security technologies.
