The Firmwide Generative AI Team at Morgan Stanley is a dynamic and innovative department that serves as a center of AI enablement for the firm. Within Firmwide AI, the Knowledge Management team is responsible for providing the internal content that Wealth Management employees need to do their jobs every day. The team oversees the creation, governance and delivery of high-quality content where and when it's needed.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with a strong technical background to join our team at Morgan Stanley. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and maintaining roadmaps, timelines, testing and risk-governance processes for all projects of the Knowledge Management team within Firmwide AI.
In addition, this team member may perform testing to meet risk-governance requirements for our projects and will have the opportunity to create generative AI-based agents (GPTs) to enhance content management and governance processes for our team and across the Firm.
Outside of our immediate team, this role will liaise with the Central AI team, Legal / Risk / Compliance and Technology as well as business teams across the Firm.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $200,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
