Shuttle Driver - Customer Service Rep

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS SHUTTLE DRIVER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

As a Shuttle Driver - Customer Service Rep, you will start your day by warmly greeting customers and answering incoming phone calls. Throughout the day, you will schedule appointments, coordinate service times, and make sure every customer's needs are handled with care. You will also drive the company shuttle to safely transport customers to and from the shop. Your focus will always be on delivering excellent customer service and keeping the shop running smoothly!
