Day to Day

  • Arrange and coordinate loads from our mills and docks for delivery to farms and other sites
  • Managing dispatching and receipting weights from invoices and external suppliers
  • Effective contract management from set up to closure of contracts whilst minimising charges
  • Generating and inputting purchase and sales contracts to correlate with the mills and docks
  • Inputting trader orders into the system and supplier portals within agreed timescales to ensure no delay to deliveries
  • Act as the point of contact for colleagues, suppliers, raw materials and trading departments providing support and solving queries
  • Manage, communicate and distribute KPI information through accurate reporting
  • What will you bring?

  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask varying priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal as you will be working across numerous internal and external departments
  • Keen eye for detail, able to spot and investigate any discrepancies across varying documents
  • IT literate – ability to pick up our internal systems alongside suppliers systems and produce reports where required
