Job descriptionArrange and coordinate loads from our mills and docks for delivery to farms and other sites Managing dispatching and receipting weights from invoices and external suppliers Effective contract management from set up to closure of contracts whilst minimising charges Generating and inputting purchase and sales contracts to correlate with the mills and docks Inputting trader orders into the system and supplier portals within agreed timescales to ensure no delay to deliveries Act as the point of contact for colleagues, suppliers, raw materials and trading departments providing support and solving queries Manage, communicate and distribute KPI information through accurate reporting Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask varying priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills both written and verbal as you will be working across numerous internal and external departments Keen eye for detail, able to spot and investigate any discrepancies across varying documents IT literate – ability to pick up our internal systems alongside suppliers systems and produce reports where required
