  • Annual requirement : 9 hours of Stroke CME and 9 hours of Trauma CME

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Licenses : Active Texas Medical License and DEA (with TX address)
  • Board : Board Certified in ABEM, ABFM, or ABIM (or osteopathic equivalents)
  • Certifications : ACLS, ATLS, and PALS required
  • Experience : Residency trained in Emergency Medicine or relevant specialty
  • Other Qualifications : CME and case logs for past 2 years; copies of all diplomas, SS card, driver's license, and photo required for MSO submission

    • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive emergency medical care for patients presenting to the ED
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions in an emergency setting
  • Coordinate with nursing and support staff for efficient patient throughput
  • Document all encounters accurately within the EMR system
  • Participate in emergency response and trauma activations as required
