Patient Volume : 15-30 Annual Patient Volume : 13,500 Case Mix : - Anesthesia, Gen Surg, Lab - OR Response Time, Ortho Surg, Radiology Support Staff : 2-4 RNs, 1 MA & APPs Required Procedures / Skills : Needs to be proficient in intubation, central lines, LPs, chest tubes and use of ultrasound for FAST exams. L&D Dept Available : Yes Beds in the Dept : 10 Trauma Level : IV EMR : Epic Required to Supervise APPs : Yes Other Info : - There is no time in UC; This is ED only. - Critical Access Hospital - Newborn deliveries not received in ED - There is a central phone number to assist with transfer to tertiary transfers. Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements : Active WI License or IMLC BC in EM (IM / FM are acceptable if proficient on the required skills) BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS Act 10 is acceptable Comfortable & proficient in Epic
