Based at our Gaithersburg, MD campus, you'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain consistency in key HCP promotions. Accountabilities
- Lead implementation of HCP personal, nonpersonal, and peer-to-peer marketing strategies in the US market, setting our brand apart in a competitive environment.
- Support the creation of both branded and unbranded HCP campaign strategies to support key education initiatives, focusing on opportunities that enable orchestration across channels and functions.
- Engage with field teams to capture local insights informing promotional messaging, tools, and resources.
- Manage partner agency relationships, workflow, and related project budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Collaborate with peer indication leads across the US to maximize strategic alignment and executional pull-through.
- Collaborate with legal, regulatory, medical, and compliance stakeholders to ensure development and execution of compliant marketing initiatives.
- Assist in the identification, evaluation, and adoption of new partnerships and technologies.
Essential Skills / Experience
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field3+ years' experience in pharmaceutical and / or healthcare industry with experience in one or more of the following : managed markets, brand marketing, sales, market research / analytics, strategic planningExperience with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) regulations, reviews and processesPrior in-line HCP marketing experienceHigh emotional intelligence with a collaborative, inclusive approach that drives team successExperience building and integrating new capabilities that are relevant for brand successExcellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex constructsOutstanding project management skills and experience managing multiple vendors, marketing partners, agency partners and budgetsAbility to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and projectsStrong understanding of legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions, pharma industry guidelines, and other compliance-related issuesExperience working closely with field sales organizations to implement sales or marketing programs with measurable business impactAbility to lead without authorityHigh capability at working collaboratively, thinking strategically and operating effectively in a rapidly evolving and competitive market placeHigh ethical standards and personal integrityDesirable Skills / Experience
