Occupational Therapist
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team!
We are a collaborative team of physical and occupational therapists dedicated to helping our patients achieve optimal health and function. Our clinic serves a variety of needs, including sports, orthopedic, pelvic health, neurological, balance, and vestibular therapy. Our patients primarily range from adults to geriatrics, and we value one-on-one care, allowing our therapists to give patients the attention they deserve.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Competitive salary : Up to $60 Per Hour Based on Experience
- Flexible schedule : Monday through Friday, 40 hours / week.
- PTO : 4 weeks (accrued, not use-it-or-lose-it; carries over up to 300 hours).
- Paid holidays : 6 paid holidays annually.
- 401(K) : 4% employer match after 1 year.
- Health insurance : 85% premium covered for employee (family coverage available at a different rate), effective the first of the month after 30 days.
- Vision & dental insurance : 85% premium covered for employee, available within 90 days.
- Unlimited internal CEUs .
- Up to $1,000 external CEU reimbursement annually.
- 3 CEU days per year .
- Productivity-based bonus system : Based on billable units.
Responsibilities :
Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to a diverse patient population (primarily adults and geriatrics), focusing on hand therapy and other orthopedic / neurological needs.Develop personalized treatment plans and work with patients through their rehabilitation process.Collaborate with a team of Physical Therapists and other Occupational Therapists to provide multidisciplinary care.Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, lifestyle modifications, and home programs.Utilize our EMR system (WebPT) to document patient interactions and track progress.Work independently and manage your schedule while maintaining quality patient care.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, tools, and techniques.Manage a productive caseload with a focus on achieving therapy goals.Key Qualifications :
A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in an outpatient setting.Must be licensed to practice in Alaska.Hand therapy experience required (CHT certification is a huge plus).Comfortable working independently and managing a full caseload.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage a flexible schedule and prioritize patient care.If you're looking for a fulfilling career in a supportive environment with a flexible schedule, this is the opportunity for you!
