Job description

Job Title : Senior Business Consultant

Location : Bellevue, WA Hybrid Schedule

Essential Functions and Primary Duties :

1. Subject Matter Expertise : Act as a recognized authority within the business unit, sharing insights and expertise.

  • Process Improvement : Provide recommendations on internal department procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Client Engagement : Identify business opportunities for both clients and our company, and effectively communicate solution options.
  • Quality Control : Oversee engagement deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality control standards through thorough reviews.
  • New Client Development : Collaborate with upper management to drive new client development initiatives, participating in client meetings and proposal development.
  • Qualified Plan Expertise : Understand and address client's Qualified Plan needs effectively.
  • Leadership and Mentorship : Supervise, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive team environment and supporting management decisions.
  • Additional Responsibilities : Undertake any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
  • Experience : Minimum 8 years of experience in public accounting or related field, with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Licenses : Must possess and maintain required licenses.
  • Skills : Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, communicate effectively, and utilize applicable technology.
  • Travel : Ability to travel based on business needs.

    • Compensation and Benefits :

    The annual salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $190,000, commensurate with education, experience, and skill set. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental insurance, retirement savings, life and disability insurance, certification incentives, education assistance, and more.
