Senior Helpers Richmond provides compassionate, dependable in-home care for seniors. We’re seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow our client base by building strong relationships with healthcare and senior service referral sources in the Richmond area.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain referral partnerships with hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), VA offices, Medicaid case managers, and other senior care organizations.
- Represent Senior Helpers at networking events, community activities, and health fairs.
- Achieve growth targets by generating quality referrals, increasing qualified leads, and shortening conversion time from inquiry to signed service agreements.
- Create and execute a referral development plan while meeting weekly activity expectations (8–10 quality referral meetings).
What We’re Looking For
Industry Experience : 3 years plus in B2B healthcare, senior services, hospice, home health, or private duty homecare.Referral Source Knowledge : Familiarity with discharge planners, social workers, geriatric care managers, and A / MCO referral processes.Sales Skills : Proven ability to meet / exceed revenue targets, manage both cold outreach and warm lead nurturing.Communication : Strong verbal / written skills; confident presenting to groups and tailoring messages for different decision-makers.Established Richmond-area network in the senior care community is a big plus.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.What We Offer
