Job description

A company is looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage commercial sales efforts, ensuring execution of company strategy and building a high-performance culture

Develop and execute UK-specific sales plans, identifying market trends and client needs

Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure long-term client retention while driving revenue growth

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in commercial sales leadership, ideally within cybersecurity or technology sectors

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, particularly in ransomware protection and data security

Experience selling to UK mid-market and enterprise organizations

Demonstrated success in building and executing sales strategies

Strong leadership and coaching ability to develop high-performing teams
