Scrum Master - F-35 Weapons Team
We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to support the F-35 weapons team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in facilitating collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams and organizations. Key responsibilities include : integrating and communicating across multiple teams and organizations to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing; serving as a liaison between product owners, systems design, software, system test, and other integrated product teams; developing and maintaining briefings, presentations, and engineering metrics to support program decision-making and progress tracking; leading and facilitating technical engineering discussions across multiple integrated product teams; monitoring team performance to ensure milestones and program increment commitments are met, and identifying areas for improvement.
Must be a US citizen. This position requires an interim Secret clearance to start.
Basic qualifications include : a bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an accredited university, project management experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Desired skills include : excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Agile software development methodologies, and experience with Jira project management tools.
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US citizen for consideration. Clearance level : Secret.
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our paid time off benefits. Schedule for this position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
