Call Center Representative Inbound Calls **THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION**
Location: Weirton, WV **THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION**
Pay: $13/hour + Double Pay on Holidays
Full-time OR Part-Time 1st Shift must be available to work any day of the week, including holidays (may have a possibility of leading to 1st shift position)

Job Summary:
Mancan Staffing is hiring Call Center Representatives for a caring, supportive, team-oriented call center in Weirton, WV. In this role, you will handle inbound calls for a variety of clientsincluding home repair companies, doctors offices, realtors, veterinary clinics, and transportation companieswhen their offices are closed. Representatives follow on-screen prompts, gather information, and accurately transcribe messages for clients. Must be fast paced and proficient in typing. Previous call center experience preferred.

What Youll Do:
Answer inbound calls in a professional, friendly, and caring manner
Follow on-screen prompts and scripts to collect accurate information
Transcribe messages clearly and efficiently
Assist callers from a wide range of industries
Maintain a supportive and positive team environment
Work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as required

Requirements:
Previous call center experience preferred
Must be available to work any day of the week and holidays
Strong communication and customer service skills
Accurate typing skills and the ability to type messages quickly and clearly
Ability to navigate on-screen prompts and enter information efficiently
Comfortable handling calls from various industries
Dependable, empathetic, and team-oriented
