Consulting Business Analyst / Enterprise Systems / Chicago Hybrid / HR Finance Compliance

An established financial services organization in Chicago is seeking a Business Analyst to join its growing technology and process transformation team. This role acts as an internal consultant, partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to define problems, design creative solutions, and guide system implementations across Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance functions.

This is a long-term contract with potential for extension or conversion and offers an opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced team that values initiative, curiosity, and data-driven thinking.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within management consulting, product, or enterprise transformation settings.
• Strong understanding of Finance, HR, or Legal processes and related enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, OneStream, MyCompliance Office, or similar tools).
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and solution designs.
• Skilled communicator who can facilitate discussions, manage expectations, and build trust across technical and non-technical teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
