Opportunity Highlights :

• The practice has been providing care for over 20 years.
• Office hours are 8 : 30 am-5 : 00 pm, Monday-Friday.
• The average patient panel is anticipated to be 14-18 per day, per provider.
• Lab and ultrasound on-site
