Job description

Regional Membership Director

The Regional Membership Director leads membership growth, retention, and analysis across multiple clubs. This role supports site-based teams to achieve enrollment goals, strengthen the member experience, and ensure consistent execution of Common House membership strategies.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Driving membership sales by leading and supporting site-level Membership Managers.
  • Overseeing application, enrollment, and committee processes.
  • Partnering with Brand & Communications on targeted campaigns and promotions.
  • Implementing onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Collaborating with Finance on billing and delinquency resolution.
  • Tracking and analyzing membership performance, trends, and attrition.
  • Standardizing processes and overseeing membership communications and policy updates.
  • Recruiting, training, and onboarding Membership Managers for new club openings.
  • Supporting pre-opening membership strategy and execution.

Qualifications include :

  • Experience leading sales and member engagement in multi-site or hospitality environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and retention.
  • Ability to travel regularly to support multiple club locations.
