The Interior Design Sales Professional works closely with the client in the design center, remotely or in the cleint's home to create individualized design solutions with Ethan Allen products or services. The designs include space planning, fabric selection, product selection and overall design. Successful execution is evidenced by developing individualized designs and achieving sales goals in a flexible relationship based selling approach. Design Sales Professional will be measured based on performance categories and sales benchmarks that contribute to their individual success and to the success of the Design Center.
This is a full time role, weekends are required.

This position offers a minimum annual recoverable draw of $52,000. In addition to the draw, Design Consultants earn incentive compensation based on written sales. Historically, our Design Consultants have earned up to $100,000 or more annually based on written sales.
