This role offers the opportunity to lead the design and delivery of intelligent contact center solutions, leveraging Amazon Connect and AWS services to drive scalable, high-performance systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, manage complex programs, and ensure operational excellence. The position emphasizes stakeholder management, process improvement, and automation to enhance customer experiences. Accountabilities :

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Amazon Connect implementations across multiple business units.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer support teams to design and implement solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AWS-based solutions using Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, Kinesis, and other services.
• Manage project timelines, identify risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, and operational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation in contact center workflows.
