The Medical Surgical division is currently offering opportunities
on
the following units :
Medical / Surgical (C4-3)
C43 is a 16-bed Medical and Surgical unit which caters to a patient population requiring complex medical and / or surgical nursing care, including continuous pulse oximetry monitoring.
The majority of
patients on this unit have diverse and multi-system diagnoses. Working on C43 allows nurses the opportunity to develop their expert bedside skills including time-management, priority setting, clinical judgment, and critical thinking. This team's professional experience, compassion, interdisciplinary collaboration, and excellent communication skills help to ensure a nurturing and quality patient care experience, while also providing a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for all associates.
General Medical / Surgical (C6-1)
C6-1 is a new 16-bed General Medical-Surgical-Tele Unit, where we are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment. Our unit cares for a diverse patient population with a variety of medical and post-surgical needs, offering nurses the opportunity to develop and strengthen their clinical skills. We are excited to share that this unit recently moved into a newly refreshed space, designed to enhance both patient care and staff workflow.
General Medical / Surgical (C6-2)
C6-2 is a newly established 16-bed General Medical-Surgical Unit dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment. Our team cares for a diverse patient population with a range of medical conditions and post-surgical needs, providing nurses with valuable opportunities to develop and refine their clinical skills. We are thrilled to announce that the unit has recently
relocated
to a newly refreshed space, thoughtfully designed to enhance both patient care and staff workflow. This modern environment includes continuous pulse oximetry monitoring, allowing for improved patient safety and early intervention when needed.
Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of the nursing team
