Utility Day Porter / Light Maintenance Technician

The Utility Day Porter / Light Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment throughout the facility during operating hours. This role combines routine cleaning duties with minor maintenance tasks to support the overall functionality and appearance of the property.

Basic Qualifications :

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required and on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications :

Responsibilities :

Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.

Replace light bulbs, batteries, and perform minor repairs (door handles, fixtures, etc.).
