Citizens Memorial Hospital Foundation (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a Unit Clerk to provide exceptional care for our residents in Community Springs Long Term Care Center located in El Dorado Springs, MO. CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, therapies and more, CMH has its community covered!

About the area : El Dorado Springs is a progressive, full-service city in Southwest Missouri, known for its rich history and family-friendly atmosphere. It's the largest city in Cedar County and was incorporated in 1881, centered on a spring believed to have healing properties. The city's location between Kansas City, Springfield, and Joplin provides easy access to various amenities, including the Wayside Inn Museum, the Opera House Cinema, and El Dorado Springs City Park.

About the department : Community Springs Long Term Care is a 105-bed long term care skilled nursing facility providing transitional or long-term care. A 15-bed high functioning memory care unit provides specialized care for residents with Alzheimer’s or other memory issues.

A typical day includes : A typical day will include knowing and applying current nursing theory, principles of treatment, and nursing procedures in the care of residents.

• Must be a Certified Nurse Assistant (or be willing to become certified).
• Help with Supply stickers- Charging; putting away truck supplies after delivery; daily rounds to check supplies; Rotating supply and tracking expired stock; help with monthly rounds; labeling equipment as needed.
• Performs computer duties including inputting admission summaries and performing daily backups.
• Would be cross trained on the following : Supply orders, scanning documents to records, daily rounds, equipment audits, order audits, monthly checks and equipment tracking.
