Job Title : Senior Project Manager Telecom (RAN Network)

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery within the OPW RAN Network footprint . This role requires deep expertise in telecom infrastructure particularly macro, small cell, and hub equipment installation projects and the ability to drive technical initiatives across large-scale, cross-functional teams.

You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from ideation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with corporate technology strategies and industry best practices.

= Looking for a very experienced project manager in the telecom industry. Experience with Telecommunication and Samsung equipment is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end management of complex, technical telecom projects.

Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring alignment with Telecommunication s roadmap.

Manage all aspects of project execution including resource allocation, scheduling, risk management, and budget control.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (RF, Engineering, Operations) to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Maintain clear communication and provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and contracting partners .

Stay current with emerging RAN Engineering technologies and identify opportunities for innovation.

Serve as the primary point of contact for project participants, leading team meetings and resolving issues in real-time.

Track project milestones, mitigate risks, and adapt plans based on business needs.

Oversee budget management , identifying risks, opportunities, and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

What We re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience (4+ years).

6+ years of relevant experience in telecom project management or engineering roles.

Proven expertise in RAN Engineering technologies .

Strong background in project management methodologies , with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment .

Proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite) .

Preferred Qualifications

Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes in complex business situations.

Experience in data analysis and insights generation .

Demonstrated ability to influence and build partnerships across technical and business teams.

Strong interpersonal skills able to quickly establish rapport with individuals of varying backgrounds and levels.
