• As digital transformation impacts the Automotive Industry, Wipro collaborates with clients to innovate and lead change, integrating Industry 4.0 technologies to enhance vehicle safety and driver experience.
• The role is based in LA, CA, or can be remote / hybrid.
• The Sr. Business Analyst will conduct workshops, gather and document business requirements, develop process flows, and create specifications aligned with Automotive Industry standards.
• Responsibilities include developing business cases, testing strategies, conducting gap analyses, and preparing presentations to align technical and business teams.
• Must possess strategic problem-solving skills, be knowledgeable about current market trends and technologies, and manage stakeholder relationships independently.
• Requirements include 15+ years of experience in the IT industry or Auto OEM business, strong automotive domain expertise, experience with Warranty Management Systems, and familiarity with COTS applications like Pega, SAP, Salesforce. Agile experience is mandatory. A relevant degree (BE / B.Tech / MBA) is required.
