Location : Neenah, WI- 54956

Duration : 6 Months

Pay rate / Salary : $25 / hr. on w2 without benefits

Work hours : 7-3 : 30pm or 8-4 : 30pm

Job Description : Hybrid role - work onsite in Neenah, WI - 2 days / wk. Team usually in the office Tuesdays and Wednesdays. SAP or other ERP system experience is helpful, but will train the right person if they are tech savvy.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Execute material requirement plans to ensure supplies and work-in-process availability which supports production schedules.
• Maintain accurate planning information for finishing supplies in SAP (an Enterprise Resource Planning system) and Kinaxis Rapid Response, updating as necessary for material / product changes.
• Manage finishing supply changes to support business plans and minimize obsolescence.
• Coordinate finishing supply production with packaging and graphics timelines developed in conjunction with Operations, Marketing, Planning, and Packaging.
• Work with vendors to coordinate their schedules and establish priorities when required to prevent supply constraints or customer service issues; ensure vendor resources will support business plan.
• Aid in the execution and completion of special projects related to the logistics field as assigned.
• Provide on-call support to the production sites.
