A well-established and rapidly growing hospitality group is seeking a seasoned operations leader to oversee the full spectrum of RV resort management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values integrity, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Role Overview
The General Manager will be responsible for the strategic and day-to-day leadership of a resort property. This includes cross-functional coordination, regulatory compliance, financial oversight, and team development. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in hospitality operations and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion a culture of service excellence and operational integrity.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team across all departments.
- Ensure consistent delivery of outstanding guest and resident experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing to drive occupancy and brand visibility.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.
- Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and resort policies.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and support revenue growth.
- Contribute to annual planning and capital improvement strategies.
- Support home sales and resale activity within the resort community.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for staff and guests.
