Our team partners with prescribers, infusion nurses, and patients nationwide to ensure safe, timely, and compassionate delivery of life-saving treatments.Position OverviewThe Staff Pharmacist plays an essential role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring all prescriptions are filled accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations. This position is ideal for a pharmacist with experience or interest in specialty and infusion therapies who enjoys working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. The role is part-time, with flexibility to transition to or support full-time hours when needed.ResponsibilitiesReview and verify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential interactions.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and accreditation standards (URAC, ACHC, USP
/ ).Provide clinical guidance and patient counseling regarding specialty and infusion therapies.Collaborate with prescribers, nurses, and pharmacy technicians to coordinate patient care and medication shipments.Take charge in maintaining and improving daily pharmacy workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration.Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, and inventory.Support ongoing quality improvement, compliance, and accreditation activities.Assist the Pharmacist-in-Charge with policy updates and operational procedures as needed.QualificationsEducation : Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSPharm).Licensure : Active Florida pharmacist license in good standing (additional state licenses a plus).Experience : Minimum of 12 years in specialty, infusion pharmacy preferred.
