A company is looking for a Training Coordinator to support the implementation of a learning strategy for a significant deployment program.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Training Managers and stakeholders to deploy training approaches and manage user inputs within the Learning Management System (LMS)
Plan and organize training activities, schedules, and logistics, while executing training initiatives within the LMS
Monitor training requests, assess data, report on training deliverables, and support issue management for training-related concerns
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in the preparation, development, and administration of training programs
Proven experience using and administering Learning Management System (LMS) platforms
Demonstrated project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple streams of information
Proficiency in data management and advanced Excel functions
Ability to work effectively across multiple international time zones
