Job Description
Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value of the property portfolio.
Monitor and evaluate property performance, including financial and operational metrics.
Coordinate with property management teams to ensure efficient daily operations.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
Prepare and present detailed financial reports and analysis to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with local and federal property regulations and standards.
Oversee lease negotiations and tenant relationship management.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet investment objectives.
