Surgery - General Physician

Hospital General Surgery is looking for 1 Locum to cover 10 days / month of call coverage starting in March going to the end of September. The site is flexible and will work around locum providers schedule.

Dates of coverage : March 2025-September 2025

Details : 10 days of call coverage. We also will look at candidates who are also IMLC in process in addition to full IMLC Submission Requirements

• Board Certified (We will accept BE within 3 years of US residency training) - REQUIRED
• Active ND license or IMLC - REQUIRED
• ND DEA - REQUIRED
• ACLS - REQUIRED
• Disclose if the provider has worked at any other CHI / Dignity Facility - REQUIRED
• Clean Background / Malpractice - REQUIRED
