Location : Polson, Montana

Salary / Pay Rate : USD $75,000 to $120,000

Client is offering up to $20,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment – this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered on your first day of employment.

Relocation assistance is available on a case-by-case basis

Schedule : Per Diem / On Call, Variable; Full Time / Nights

Unit / Specialty : Acute Care - Labor and Deliver

Job Description :

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional, comprehensive nursing care for patients in an acute care environment. Accountable for the delivery of coordinated, safe, compassionate, therapeutic, evidence-based quality care to patients and families, based on individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, and appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan. Practices in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act in the state of employment, the American Nurses Association (ANA) Code of Ethics for Nurses, and the ANA scope and standards of practice. Key functions and specific skills for the job are found in the unit-specific onboarding checklist and in standards that are applicable to the specialty.

Required Skills :

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire : Montana Registered Nurse License.
• Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Within 90 days of hire : Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics.
• 1 year Nursing experience.

Preferred Skills :

National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated.
