Job descriptionFlexible hours : No minimum # of sessions per week. Base pay increase following the first season Seasonal performance bonuses Coach referral bonuses Customer referral bonuses Paid time off : Vacation, sick, holiday (for full-time) Passionate about positively impacting students' lives and giving back to the (Chambersburg, PA) community Energetic, engaging, and responsible Safety conscious Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (3045 minutes) Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment Engage each child individually during class Manage equipment and class roster Attend team meetings and trainings Provide post-session feedback Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful
