Are you a skilled Quality Engineer looking to step into a management role, where you can lead and coach a small team to success?

In this hands-on role, you will lead and train a small team responsible for product inspection and testing, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement. You'll also collaborate closely with the engineering and maintenance teams to recommend and implement process enhancements that raise quality standards. Additionally, you'll learn to operate new state-of-the-art equipment and train your team to do the same.

The ideal candidate will be a Quality Engineer from an automotive or CNC shop background who is looking to step up into a management role, leading and developing a team to achieve success.

The Role :

• Manage and coach a team of Quality Technicians
• Receive training on new state of the art machinery and train the team accordingly
• Monday–Friday, 7 : 00–16 : 00, with flexible start / finish times
