Urgent Care Physician Assistant

Location : San Jose, CA

Start Date and Length of Assignment :

ASAP-Ongoing Mon-Fri (8am-4 : 30pm)

3-5 days per week!

Job Details :

Outpatient Urgent Care Clinic

Procedures required : Primary Care / Family medicine, Respiratory, Lacerations, I&D's, Splinting, Physicals

Average 20-25 patients / day

Ages : Pediatrics-Adults

EMR : DrChrono

Solo environment w / support staff and supervising MD

Credentialing : 1-2 weeks

Require : National certification, Active CA License, DEA, NPI, ACLS, Active Medicare / Medi-Cal enrollment, 1-2 years of experience
