Rang Healthcare is seeking a LPN / LVN Psychiatric for a local contract job in Fairfax, Oklahoma.

Job Title : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Psych / Geriatric Care

Location : Fairfax, OK

Contract Type : 13 Weeks

Shift : 12-Hour Day Shifts (6 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM) | Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday

Weekly Hours : 36

Per hour pay : $30 - $35 / hr

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide direct nursing care and monitoring to geriatric psych patients.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately.
  • Observe, document, and report patient status and behavioral changes.
  • Assist physicians and RNs with procedures and care coordination.
  • Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.

    • Requirements :

  • Active Oklahoma LPN License (RN candidates may also be considered).
  • Minimum 2 years of recent LTC or geriatric psych experience .
  • Current BCLS certification .
  • Must pass OK DHHS background check , national / state / county background, and 10-panel drug screen .
  • Health clearances required : 2-step TB, Hep B, MMR, Tdap, Varicella .
