Our client, a premier automotive customization and restoration shop, is recruiting a receptionist to be the welcoming face of their high-performance operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where classic cars meet cutting edge design.
What you get to do :
- Manage front desk operations and greet customers professionally
- Communicate via email with clients and insurance companies
- Prepare and send estimates for repair work
- Coordinate with insurance providers to facilitate post-accident repairs
- Receive and process payments
- Support general office tasks and maintain organized records
What you need to be successful :
Schedule : Monday through Friday from 9 : 00AM to 5 : 00PM
Pay : $21.00
