Data and Content Migration

Full lifecycle project management for website and content management systems migration. Project will begin with discovery and scope. Candidates should have experience with similar migration projects in the past for large enterprise organizations.

• Plan, conduct, and manage data migration projects requiring functional integration across various business units.
• Manage project team, assigning responsibilities, identifying resources needed, and developing schedules
• Serve as expert regarding scope and project objectives
• Manage schedule, budgetary and design constraints.
• Make independent decisions related to project direction and work collaboratively with sponsors and business owners.
• Leverage steering and executive committees for decision-making, change management, and communications.
