Job Description & Requirements Specialty : ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline : RN Start Date : ASAP Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel RN Position Job Notes : Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM
• 36 or 48 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend required for 36-hour positions
• No call requirements
• 3 years of ICU experience required
• Float to Neuro ICU, Surgical / Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, and CTICU based on experience
• May float to any IMC units with patient ratios of 1 : 3
• Patient ratio in ICU is 1 : 2
• Required certifications : ACLS, NIHSS
• Work with EPIC EMR system
• Provide care for patients with medical complications including sepsis, ARDS, GI bleeds, DKA and other critical conditions
• Must demonstrate focus on outstanding patient care and team communication
