Role Overview

Flight Club Retail Operations Associates are enthusiastic, results driven and team oriented. As the face and driving force of Retail Operations for Flight Club, this role is responsible for providing an engaging and exceptional experience that exceeds client expectations. We are looking for candidates who are strong communicators and understand the needs of their customers, build long-lasting relationships, and have a passion for people and sneakers.

In this role, you will :

• Ensure shipment is received and / or transferred, processed, and organized efficiently and correctly
• Intake product through drop-off location
• Receiving and stocking merchandise from the floor
• Moving merchandise with carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other moving equipment
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness of stockroom
• Lifting, pushing, pulling boxes without assistance
• Pick and pack orders with adherence to process and quality standards
• Load and unload trucks for transfers or shipments
• Conduct warehouse style scans and cycle counts
• Assist other inventory functions
