Position Summary :

We're looking for a talented and driven Fullstack Engineer to join our core product team. This isn't just a coding job—it's an opportunity to shape what we build, how we build it, and how fast we can go. You'll work closely with our leadership team and play a major role in delivering tools and features that drives our Operations and services our platform users.

This is an onsite role based in Tampa, FL.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in early-stage environments, communicates clearly, writes clean, efficient code, and is excited about building meaningful products from the ground up. You bring a strong technical toolkit (especially in Python) and a hunger to contribute across multiple fronts.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Build and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs, with some frontend work as needed

Translate product and operational requirements into functional software solutions

Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Engineering teams

Monitor and support services in production environments (GCP and AWS)

Own the software development lifecycle—from brainstorming through release and iteration

Contribute ideas, explore new tools / technologies, and take pride in your craftsmanship

Experience and Qualifications :

Essential :

2+ years of professional engineering experience

Proficient in Python, SQL, Javascript (must have)

Experience across multiple tech stacks; strong fullstack background with backend emphasis

Web service development experience (RESTful APIs, microservices)

AWS and / or GCP experience

Passion for startups, ownership mentality, and team-first mindset

Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence

Business-first thinking—know why you're building what you're building

Desirable :

Exposure to machine learning concepts

Game development or open-source contributions

Previous experience on a founding or early-stage team

Strong GitHub presence or project portfolio
