Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Mobile, AL. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in finding their perfect outfits, ensuring the highest level of customer service, managing sales transactions, maintaining store appearance, and staying up-to-date on the latest fashion trends. Daily tasks may also include inventory management, merchandising, and supporting the store team during peak times.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent sales and retail experience
• Knowledge of fashion trends and merchandising
• Ability to manage inventory and sales transactions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in fashion retail is a plus
