Regional Operations Manager

A leading name in the Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection industry is searching for a seasoned Regional / Division Manager to run the full Houston operation. • Full oversight of the Houston Division from internal administration to shop operations to field execution
• Direct leadership of fabrication shop teams. project managers. estimators. field superintendents and support staff
• P&L responsibility. forecasting. budgeting. resource planning
• Division-level strategy. growth planning. client relationships. operational excellence
• Safety. quality. productivity. delivery. You own the outcomes
• Cross-functional coordination with executive leadership on long-range goals and market expansion
