About The Position

LifeBridge Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time, Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join a hospital-employed, primary care practice in Eldersburg, MD . This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an experienced , boarded physician in an established, collaborative practice.

Key Responsibilities

Provide primary care services to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose and treat a variety of conditions, and provide patient education.

Utilize electronic health records (Cerner) for accurate documentation and patient management.

$110k - $130k base salary - corresponding with years of experience

Qualifications

Master’s degree in nursing and Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) license.

At least 1- 2 years of Primary Care experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Current Maryland CDS and DEA license (or obtainable)
