• ? About the Role :

Our client is seeking a Construction Health and Safety Manager to serve as their field-level safety representative on cutting-edge hyperscale data center builds. This is a high-impact advisory role focused on coaching, influencing, and elevating safety performance across General Contractor (GC) teamswithout direct oversight.

Youll be the catalyst for cultivating a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with global safety standards, and fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholders. From site walks and planning meetings to incident investigations and dashboard reporting, your expertise will shape the safety landscape of some of the most advanced data centers in the world.

• ? What Youll Do :
• Ensure GC compliance with global safety policies and SPS documentation
• Lead site safety observations and deliver actionable insights
• Participate in planning meetings and integrate safety into project execution
• Coach GC leadership on best practices and hazard prevention
• Collaborate across construction, quality, environmental, and supply chain teams
• Drive continuous improvement through industry benchmarking and innovation
• ? What Were Looking For :
• 10+ years in construction safety management, ideally with hyperscale data center experience
• Strong command of OSHA & NFPA 70E standards
• Proven expertise in incident investigation and root cause analysis
• CHST or CSP certification required
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• ? Location : On-site at major hyperscale data center projects (travel may be required)
