Salary Range : Starting rate is $37.00 / Hr

Evaluate physical therapy needs of children in the Early Intervention programConduct assessments including gait, range of motion, strength, and functional mobilityDevelop individualized exercise programs to improve functional mobilityRecommend and train on adaptive equipment to support mobility and independenceParticipate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to service planningProvide training to staff and families on therapy goals and equipment useMaintain collaborative relationships with families and support networksComplete documentation including Provider Support Strategies and service reviewsAttend meetings and trainings as requiredEnsure safety standards and utilize universal precautionsWhat You Bring :
Licensure : Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist licenseExperience : Pediatric or Early Intervention experience preferredSkills :Ability to assess and develop individualized therapy plansStrong communication and collaboration skillsComfort working in a flexible, community-based settingRequirements : Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, ability to lift and reposition up to 25 lbs, and physical ability to interact closely with children8a-4p Mon-Fri
