The role : The Associate Director, Communications will provide critical support for Global Internal Communications, with a focus on communications for the People and Communications / Office of the CEO teams.

The impact : This team member will provide coverage across the Global Internal Communications team. They will be a critical partner supporting our People team in communicating global, regional and local changes to benefits, payroll, rewards and other workplace supports; Corporate Responsibility and Culture and Engagement campaigns and key launches. The successful candidate will also be instrumental in driving increased engagement with our communications vehicles across the enterprise, working to enhance the channels and tools we use to communicate within our own team and the way we share this content with our people via intranet and newsletters.

What you'll receive : You will have a chance to develop and apply skills across communications, leveraging creative strategies and channels to clarify, promote and enhance our people s experience and the way we tell stories.

This team member will be a trusted counselor to the People and Communications / Office of the CEO teams, who touch some of the most important aspects of our workforce culture. The ideal candidate has experience interfacing with C-level executives, a can-do attitude, facility with crafting both strategy and messaging, a knack for compelling storytelling, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. They will be a critical part of an impactful and growing global team.

Responsibilities :

" Shape and launch communications campaigns to drive internal engagement

" Craft materials including internal memos, intranet articles, event run-of-shows, video scripts and talking points to support People and Communications initiatives

" Provide support in preparation for information sessions, roundtables, and other internal events

" Review, contribute, build and deploy content for emails and enterprise newsletters

" Measure and report on the effectiveness of these efforts via surveys and other KPIs

Qualifications :

" At least 8 years of communications experience; experience in HR communications is a plus

" Exceptional writer and storyteller with ability to capture leaders personal communication styles

" Facility with content management systems (CMS) to build and enhance intranet content

" Strong interpersonal skills; ability to easily build relationships and inspire trust and confidence from senior leaders

" Experience working globally in a large multinational, matrixed organization or agency environment

" Creativity and willingness to try new communications formats and push the boundaries

" Ability to develop KPIs to measure success and use data and insights to inform communications decisions, influence stakeholders and demonstrate results

" Effective management of priorities and level of service to our stakeholders

" Execution to the highest of standards, with strong attention to detail and deadlines

" Bachelor s or equivalent university degree required
